People often ask, what does it take to be a good Realtor? There are many answers but in the end, you have to enjoy working with people and have a passion for helping people achieve their goals. Real Estate is a people business!

I started selling Real Estate in September of 1984 and have loved my job ever since. I can honestly say, there is a tremendous satisfaction in finalizing the sale on a client’s home or helping a buyer find that absolutely perfect condo that suits their needs in every way. 

Before going into Real Estate I attended Capilano College and completed a 2 year Diploma program in Marketing then went onto BCIT and finished another 2 year Diploma Program specializing in Real Estate. Over the next 25 years I was the top Salesman at Sussex Realty and I have been a Life Member of the MLS Medallion Club for over 33 years. I have sold over 2,500 properties during my career.

I have developed a very comprehensive marketing program that includes high quality digital photography, aerial drone pics, floor plans, high end magazine quality brochures and more. Unlike a lot of my competitors, I personally attend all my showings. I take great pride in attention to detail and have employed my Marketing background on a daily basis. Throughout my career, I have built numerous homes and learned the many intricate details that go into the construction of a house.
